Not such a joke now it seems.&nbsp;</p> <p>It's come into the top 10 traded currencies. Sure that market cap is less than Bitcoin or Ethereum but holds so much value for peoples anyways. There's a trust built into the idea that it doesn't feel tainted or poisoned or controlled behind the scenes. I also argue that things like Dogecoin are a friendly entry-level step for new investors to get a taste of what investing might be.
