Flipping a house is so much more complicated than it appears on HGTV and it takes a special kind of person to do it right. Jordan Smith, Realtor and co-owner of Flint + Feather Properties (along with business partner Josh Geddings), and his wife Carmen join us to talk about what goes into flipping a house. We love the way they approach a flip, which is to think of what they would want if they were moving in. It's about quality and the bigger picture with them, not just about maximizing profit. The flip that we discuss most in this episode is their first which is known as "The Beverly Project". To Jordan, Josh, and Carmen this was about more than a real estate investment, this was about bringing value to a neighborhood and community of which they are apart.
