72: Four years, four insights: My significant learnings from four years in business.

<p>Today is my 4th year in business.<br>Instead of just bragging about my successes,<br>I thought I&#39;d share my biggest blunders as a founder<br>so you can avoid them.<br>Here are the four dumbest things I did:<br>- I got too obsessed with one idea and refused to change direction even when it made no sense. Don&#39;t be like me - pivot if you need to!<br>- I started chasing shiny new ideas and needed to remember about the main business. Rookie mistake, I know—goodbye growth.<br>- I held on to clients who were more toxic than an overripe avocado. Listen, not every client is worth the money - trust me, your mental health and your team will thank you.<br>- When things got stressful, I stopped taking care of myself. Pro tip: don&#39;t do that. It&#39;s hard to run a business when you&#39;re a walking zombie.<br>So.. happy 4 years to us!</p>
