72. Fearlessly Failing: Emmy Lou MacCarthy becoming a TV Host and chasing dreams

<p>NEW EPISODE: Drum roll please; this must&nbsp;be hands down the most&nbsp;requested guest. We've been waiting&nbsp;for the lockdown between&nbsp;regional Victoria and Melbourne to lift so we can record this one in real life; please welcome the wonderful&nbsp;<a href="https://www.instagram.com/emmylou_loves/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@emmylou_loves</a> to the show! Where to start; this human unapologetically chases her dreams. We recorded this just last week, off the back of her filming her Christmas Special which will&nbsp;be airing on ch.10 on Dec 13th (just&nbsp;quietly, i cannot wait). On top of this&nbsp;she's got a number one book out "Confidence in the Kitchen" plus she's a highly sought after influencer and ambassador. From&nbsp;skydiving to cooking a family meal, Emmylou does nothing on halves. And she shared all of it with her community, she's got no filter and says it how it is. It's refreshing and inspiring.
