72. Does God Rule Your Emotions? with Kellie Copeland

<p style="font-weight: 400;">Many Christians have been taught to be led by the Bible and not their emotions. Kellie Copeland, the daughter of Kenneth and Gloria Copeland, has faith in the Word of God. But when it came to her emotions, she was ignoring them. God revealed to her a powerful truth about her emotions when she went through a difficult season in her life. Kellie shares what God revealed to her through worship, her hardships, and how God uses our emotions.</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;">When we ignore emotions, we ignore an important part of our self to allow the Word of God in.<em> </em>We can’t let our emotions be in charge but we need to be emotionally mature so we can believe what God says about us. When we are immature in our emotions, we don’t believe what God says about us.</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;">Psalm 19:12 says “Who can understand <em>his</em> errors? Cleanse me from secret <em>faults.”</em></p> <p style="font-weight: 400;">We are meant to hear His spoken word over us so He can transform us into His likeness through the Bible, rhema words, spirit-filled friends and counselors.  God is awesome at shepherding us. We need to quit being afraid to hear what is wrong with us.
