Description
<p>Flames could be seen coming from an industrial area outside of Toronto, Ontario. </p><br><p>As officers and firefighters approached the fire, they could make out a pile of fully engulfed tires. The fire had all the hallmarks of an intentional blaze. </p><br><p>When the fire was extinguished an officer noticed a badly burned suitcase sitting atop the tires. </p><br><p>Inside the case were the remains of a teenage girl and a mystery that would take decades to unravel. </p><br><p>The girl would later be identified as 17-year-old Melonie Biddersingh. This case has been described as one of the worst child abuse cases in modern Canadian history. </p><p>--</p><p><strong>Music Composed by: Sayer Roberts</strong> - <a href="https://soundcloud.com/user-135673977" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://soundcloud.com/user-135673977</a> // <a href="http://shorturl.at/mFPZ0" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">shorturl.at/mFPZ0</a></p><p><strong>Join our Patreon:</strong> <a href="https://open.acast.com/shows/60da2c841b25ce001aee112e/episodes/www.patreon.com/tntcpod" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">www.patreon.com/tntcpod</a></p><p><strong>Merch:</strong> <a href="https://www.teepublic.com/stores/true-north-true-crime?ref_id=24376" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://www.teepublic.com/stores/true-north-true-crime?ref_id=24376</a></p><p><strong>Follow us on Instagram: </strong><a href="https://www.instagram.com/tntcpod/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://www.instagram.com/tntcpod/</a></p><p><strong>Follow us on Twitter: </strong><a href="https://twitter.com/tntcpod" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://twitter.com/tntcpod</a></p> <a target='_blank' rel='noopener noreferrer' href="https://open.acast.com/public/patreon/fanSubscribe/8788962">Get bonus content on Patreon</a><br /><hr><p style='color:grey; font-size:0.75em;'> Hosted on Acast.
