Hey Friends! Hope you're well. Today we're talking about conflict. What does conflict actually mean? A conflict is a clash of interest. The basis of conflict may vary but it is always a part of society. Basis of conflict may be personal, racial, class, caste, political, and others.  we all in our lifetime have a conflict with someone or the other in life and it is very crucial to manage it in order to live a happy or happier life.
