They even say that they hate change. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It’s human nature to not like change, but it isn’t a very good happiness strategy because the only thing we know for sure is that change will come, whether you want it to or not. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It’s pretty hard to be truly happy when you hate the inevitable. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">People who hate change are also more likely to stay stuck in a place where they aren’t really happy anyway. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">So why not embrace change? </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">And beyond embracing it, how about initiating it so you can make your life better? </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Isn’t that a lot better than spending your time grousing about what isn’t right in your life?
