66. Marrisa Shen

<p>In the early morning hours of July 19, 2017, police were searching for 13-year-old Marrisa Shen. Marrisa was reported missing just hours earlier.</p><br><p>Tragically her body was found in a park in Burnaby BC. She was pronounced dead at the scene.</p><br><p>After a year-long investigation, an arrest was made in 2018.</p><br><p>But the case has been plagued with delays and controversy.
