<p>Today I am interviewing Kevyn Rustici who is a Strategic Human Capital Consultant for Gallagher.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kevyn shared his insights and views on how HR leaders can help shape the future of work by truly focusing on the people doing the work, creating cultures focused on the emotional, mental, physical, and financial well-being of the individual. His approach is for HR leaders to use data and gain insights from this data. Having new information (People Data) available and utilising these insights will help to improve decision making, we will then use our gut, instinct and intuition less to make pivotal business decisions.
