<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Well, the year we have all been waiting for is finally here, and, while I know that it’s not going to magically change everything immediately, it does give us the opportunity to say goodbye to the year that was 2020. This is traditionally a time when resolutions are made – and often subsequently broken – and I want to thank my good friend, Kristen, for her reminder of the power of intentions as opposed to resolutions in the drive to achieve larger goals in our lives. So join me today as we build on the information presented in last week’s episode all about goal setting, and explore the impact of intentions and the science behind them.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We’ll begin by looking at goal setting, setting intentions, and the distinction between the two, and I’ll share one of my own intentions that I’m working on at the moment. Then, we get to geek out on the science behind the power of intention setting and neuroplasticity, and I provide 3 action items that you can implement immediately.
