Despite this, marketing still tells you that you need milk. Dr. Martin disagrees with this sentiment calling today’s milk, “white Pepsi.” He instead urges you to start consuming more cheese.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Eating fat has never made anyone fat, nor has full fat dairy ever given someone a heart attack.
