<p>Today's conversation is with film maker Duncan Cowles, who many of you will know from the BBC's Scary Adult Things.</p> <p>Duncan shares his background and how he become involved in creating films and making documentaries.</p> <p>This leads us to his newest release and first TV series, Scary Adult Things which is a documentary exploring millennial problems.</p> <p>We explore the why behind the series, and motivation for each episode themes including living at home with parents, side hustles, drinking, gaming, feeling connected, and fitness.</p> <p>Naturally, we focus on the fitness episode 'Health is wealth' and explore what Duncan learnt, his own fitness, and his expectations of what I would be like to interview.</p> <p>Lastly, Duncan explains his documentary style, the elements of planning, and any pre set narrative he has.
