And I still have no clue about how much time might be left to fulfill the potential of my precious human birth.</p><p>Some nights before I fall asleep I wonder where did the day go? What did I do? What do I have to show for these hours? Maybe this happens to you.</p><p><strong>Practical tip</strong>: When you feel perplexed, anxious or uncertain, pause and ask yourself: What is the best use of this very short day in my life? Take 3 deep breaths to create a still space, slow the worrying, the mind chatter, and sit quietly. Silence will dawn on you with all its magic and sacredness.
