60 Seconds for Time Out Tuesday: Grateful Heart Come What May

<p>Hello to you listening in <a href="https://www.mygermancity.com/eggenfelden" target="_blank">Eggenfelden, Bavaria, Germany</a>!</p><p>Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is 60 Seconds for Time Out Tuesday.</p><p>Many years ago I took part in a sweat lodge purification ceremony facilitated by a Lakota shaman who taught this prayer:  </p><p>"<i>Good morning guides, guardians and Grace, Mother Earth, Father Sky, Creator of all, above and below, within and without, furred and feathered, creeping, crawling, 2-legged, 4-legged, rooted and flying ones, those that swim and me. Thank you for rest and leading me out of Dreamtime to live another day - with a grateful heart - come what may</i>." </p><p>This last part is the most important because as your day rolls along there will be annoyances, aggravations, and  inconveniences. When they occur - as they most definitely will - pause and repeat this, “<i>with a grateful heart come what may</i>.” It’ll save you a lot of unnecessary grief.
