60 Seconds for Time Out Tuesday: Could You Use a Little Self-Care?

When we care for ourselves with loving kindness we are better able to care for our loved ones. The following 7 part meditation proposed by my teacher <a href="https://plumvillage.org" target="_blank">Thich Nhat Hanh</a> has encouraged me. I share it today with the hope that the practice will encourage you.</p><p>1. May I be peaceful, happy and light in my body and in my mind.</p><p>2. May I be safe and free from accidents.</p><p>3. May I be free from anger, fear and worries.</p><p>4. May I know how to look at myself with the eyes of understanding and compassion.</p><p>5. May I be able to recognize and touch the seeds of joy and happiness in myself.</p><p>6. May I learn how to nourish myself with joy each day.</p><p>7.
