When did I take time out for a mindful walk around the lake, pick up the phone and call a friend, or even do something quite silly? When did my decision to set aside my righteous, opinionated, judgmental self make life a bit easier for someone else?</p><p>I keep walking past these legacy trees that have witnessed so much evolution. And that’s the point, isn’t it?
