60: Fiona Kong - How to help children thrive in a co-parenting relationship

<p>Fiona Kong is a single mom who has been a co-parent for 3 years. She is the founder of the Home Sweet Homes journal, which is a tool that helps approach co-parenting in a loving way for children of divorce. Fiona solved a real problem for kids who live between two homes. Her co-parenting journal captures the daily life of a child, daily affirmations, feelings, activities and which home the child is staying at on a given day. A child whose parents are not together anymore still feels a sense of home as the journal creates that connection and it offers an opportunity of clear communication between the parents.</p> <p>Fiona's advice for single parents: seek a community, support, and/or therapy. The first few weeks/months are so tough so having someone to talk to is very important.
