6. Black Cultural Appropriation vs. Appreciation within K-Pop

This week we discuss appropriation and appreciation of black culture within kpop. We touched on two aspects of Muslim culture in this episode. We did some research and would like to clarify two things: 1. Muslim women who wear a hijab (like in the video mentioned) are not supposed be hugged by a man that is outside immediate family or is not her husband unless she initiates the hug first letting the man know it is ok to hug her. 2.
