# 57 - Why we need a Break

<p>As working mum's, it so easy to just keep on going... until we can't. This concept of working and mumming and life-ing until we drop is a big one that pervades the societal expectations of motherhood.</p> <p>If we work, then to make up for it, we have to keep doing all the other things too.
