57: Letting things go: The Sunk Cost Fallacy

Lewis</p> <p>How many things do we hold on to simply because we’ve spent too much time on it and we can’t “give up” or because we’ll feel guilty or scared. Relationships? School? Movies? Books?</p> <p>As the new-year rolls in and we make new resolutions, we need to make the intention of breaking bad patterns too… that’s where the sunk cost fallacy comes in.
