<p>Many pet owners consider their furry friends to be beloved members of their family. Unfortunately, many pets in California face a variety of challenges, including homelessness, neglect, abandonment, and lack of access to basic veterinary care. These challenges can have long-lasting negative effects on the lives of pets and their owners, as well as on the overall well-being of the community.
