<p>TITUS is a book about the importance of the church, of the character of those who lead the church, and of those who participate in the church. Key words are Sound Doctrine and Ministry.</p><p>DEFINITIONS: Episcopalian=Church is governed by Bishops who oversee the local clergy</p><p>Presbyterian=Each local church is governed by a body of elected elders.
