<p><span class="style-scope yt-formatted-string" dir="auto">Join Kavita Maharaj and I for a self-love interview that explores a number of relevant topics including how her yoga studio has navigated the COVID-19 crisis.</span> <span class= "style-scope yt-formatted-string" dir="auto">We discuss how they adapted when the pandemic was first announced and how they are re-adjusting now that some of the restrictions are lifted. We also talk about how it's critical to navigate the dark times in order to appreciate the light and why gratitude is crucial.</span></p> <p><span class="style-scope yt-formatted-string" dir="auto">Kavita is the Director of Red Door Yoga Nanaimo and has been teaching yoga and leading yoga teacher training for 17 years. She is a traditional practicing yogi. Originally from the Toronto area, she grew up in Trindad and returned to Toronto as a teen.
