53. Birthday Anxiety & Self Love | MG

<p>I sat by the computer contemplating whether of not to release this one, however I know that If I want to continue to promote the right messages, I had to do it </p> <p> </p> <p>My birthday - as incredible as it was - brought up some shit for me. I had severe anxiety and I feel it stemmed from a struggle with self love</p> <p> </p> <p>I know many can relate as I've heard many people speak about their battles with anxiety when all eyes are on them.
