During a week that saw Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump visit Mexico and then give an immigration speech in Phoenix, the Latinx digital media world has been obsessed about taco trucks ever since Marco Gutierrez of Latinos for Trump went on MSNBC on September 1 and said the United States should fear "taco trucks on every corner."
