<p>Today I am interviewing Andrew Deutsch who is the CEO of Fangled Technology.</p> <p> </p> <p>Andrew shares how it is important of having advocates in your organisation, so that they share beyond the workplace of the positive views of the company, we also looked at how we can develop them to have a positive impact on the business. Andrew shared that you need to ensure you reward employees, make sure they know why they are there and aligned to the purpose of the company and create an environment where they feel proud of their work.
