Everyone's got to go through a first. Stop avoiding the first time. Learn the lesson the first time so you don't have to repeat the first time. Ask yourself: *Are you learning the lessons or are you repeating the mistakes? *Where in your life today are you not allowing your kids or your team or your spouse to experience that first time and your hindering and hurting them versus helping them? If you don't learn the lesson, you repeat the mistake.
