<p>Every Monday at 9pm UTC we do an <a href='https://www.instagram.com/seb_tmg/'>Instagram Live</a> where we practice the Heart-Brain Coherence technique. Often I recommend doing this technique in the morning for about 5-10 minutes, before starting your day. Many of you have asked if it was possible to get a recording of the shorter version of this meditation that you can play in your morning. So here it is with a short explanation for those that are new to the technique.</p>
