It is also about being non-judgmental as you observe thoughts, sensations, and emotions. This method of meditation is rooted in ancient Buddhist traditions. It may focus on the breath, bodily sensations, or surroundings. The practice involves acknowledging thoughts without attachment or reaction, allowing them to come and go. With Mindfulness Meditation, you will come to know a new level of acceptance and clarity.</p> Transcendental Meditation <p>Transcendental Meditation (TM) is the silent repetition of a specific mantra to promote a state of deep relaxation and reduced stress.
