Conti, one of the most successful ransomware gangs in the world, has a leak problem. Shortly after the group pledged its support to Russia in its campaign against Ukraine, someone released more than two years’ of its internal chat logs. What they reveal has rocked the cyber world and, among other things, made clear that running a world-class ransomware operation isn’t as easy as it used to be.
