Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate with a litigation boutique in Toronto, where he represented a wide variety of clients in commercial, employment, insurance, and class action disputes.</p> <p>Zack maintains a diverse civil litigation practice, including employment law, estate law and commercial litigation. He has appeared before all levels of Courts in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Divisional Court, and the Superior Court of Justice.</p> <p>In addition, Zack is an educator acting as the Co-Director for the litigation program at 4L Academy.</p> <p>In this episode, Zack shares his passion for litigation, law school experience and discusses his professional journey in the legal field.
