Now, Kayla has become an advocate for mental health by spreading awareness and offering hope as she vulnerably shares her story.</span></p> <p>Suicide and Mental illness are not discussed much, so I am thankful to Kayla for helping give voice to this important subject.  She shares the myths of suicide and how to help someone walking through depression. She honestly talks about her wilderness season and how God has helped her thrive even in the middle of it.
