484 EXTRA Does The Past Matter?

I thought was very interesting some of the points that they were making in the book I thought were extremely interesting, especially when it comes to how you think about the past now we all right all we see the same thing about the pass rate we always say that past performance doesn't necessarily indicate future results right and that is true. So even if something occurred in the past, there's no it's not necessarily so that whatever happened in the past will happen in the same way in the future right because the past the future is completely differential use no matter what it is just because something sold in the past as means to some future because something didn't sell my past doesn't mean it's not going to sell in the future. And we say, well, this is how I am with the cell my organization is, and we just continue down that path we keep going down the path because we say, well this is the way we work. &nbsp;We have a sense of the past, and in that sense of the past, we feel that there is a certain thing called a self. So in this, there's a continual between our past selves. I think this way. The past is done. The finished second stone in it can stop the way you are at this very moment by the way your organization is at this very moment. &nbsp;Doesn't have to be connected to the way you worked a moment ago. You can change in a moment. Your organization could change in a moment if it just discarded the past if you said that the past was no longer. If it didn't lead to the future because that's what we all do, we all look at our past to lead ourselves in the present in the future we see this is what we're like I am that kind of person we are that kind of organization, and we use the past to justify how we're going to act today and tomorrow. But if some of that doesn't serve you anymore, why not just discard it? You don't have to score your entire past. You have to say my entire past doesn't matter. You can ju
