Was communication and what I mean by that is the intentionality of communication, and this is another crucial significant tenet to innovation that a lot of times it's in the unintentional touch is the accidental sharing of information it's the overheard thought it's the brand new thing that you never saw the unintentional communication and intentional something you didn't intend to call that person. Still, you bumped into that person, which creates that serendipity that could lead to innovation, so the oversized lots. This Is the intentionality of communication because, with Zuma and remote work, you have to be intentional in all your contacts. You had to call somebody. You have to talk to somebody you had to initiate communication. You had to do it with intent you couldn't accidentally. So what we lose the only thing that we lose while allowing your employees to work from home is unintentional communication. The problem is that accidental communications often lead to innovative breakthroughs; no, I don't think that that is an insurmountable problem.
