45. How long will you live for others?

<p>After living my life based on the expectations of others and in fear of what others may think of me for soooo long I took a big risk last year and started my podcast in an attempt to be true to myself. I battled with the thought of it for 3 months before publishing my first episode and even then I tried to do it anonymously for months and didn&#39;t end up sharing it on my Instagram until 8 months later. But what I was expecting and what actually happened was quite different.</p><p><br></p><p>I stepped out of my comfort zone to be true to myself and despite what people might think and I&#39;ve been truly happy and fulfilled ever since.
