#45 - Death and Dying Series - The overview of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual stages of the dying process.

<p>Like in birth and life, death also has its processes.</p> <p><strong>The dying process happens on all levels – emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.</strong></p> <p>I intend for this conversation to offer us an understanding that death is just like birth and life – it has many processes, and each process has stages. It can also help to be aware of the process we go through as we are about to start our death journey and when we support other people going through it (and this will be covered in the 3rd episode of the <strong>Death and Dying series</strong> that will be coming to you shortly).</p> <p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/rachellefurer/" target="_blank"><strong>Rachelle Fuerer </strong></a>is an international counsellor, therapist and coach.</p> <p>She trained as a bereavement counsellor at a private hospice in Roodepoort, Johannesburg and gave her time to the dying and their families during the transition process and continued to support those left behind in finding their way back into their lives.
