44. I need to rest.. but I can't

<p>This week my body shut down and gave me an ultimatum - it forced me to rest. I feel like I&#39;ve always been preoccupied with <em>something </em>for most of my life. And I&#39;ve often felt guilty when I try to rest - if I&#39;m even able to.</p><p><br></p><p>And in the process of me being forced to rest I learned some very important things.
