<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">One can learn a great deal about leadership by enlisting in the Air Force at age 18 as a Basic Airman and climbing to a high-ranking officer working with NATO partners, the Joint Staff at the Pentagon and becoming boot camp squadron commander. However, most of us will never follow that path.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The good news is that has been Matt Whiat's path.
