When it comes to the comparison trap, shame and envy are often working in cahoots with one another.<br />In this episode, we’ll look specifically at comparison through the lense of shame. Shame is that feeling that washes over us, making us feel flawed, small and never good enough.<br />The ladies tackle this episode with a much needed honesty surrounding their own struggle with shame within comparison and the dark side of social media.
