<p>HEY! Its been a minute! But we are back with a hard conversation about our mental health through time. This is a life long recovery and GROWTH IS NOT LINEAR!!!! This conversation was a difficult one that made both Justin and I have some realizations, as well as laugh a bit as we caught up on life in college while i'm in Illinois and he is in Atlanta.
