39 - "What it Takes to Be a Top Performer in your Design Program" - Prof Michael Harper, Department Head @ UVU's UX Design Bachelors Program

<p>I catch up with my professor and mentor Michael Harper today. He is the department head at UVU for what is Utah's first 4-year bachelor's program in digital product design.&nbsp;</p> <p>We chat about what he has learned from graduating the first full cohort (which I was a part of) and what he is adjusting in the curriculum to adapt to the changing times.&nbsp;</p> <p>The most important thing we discuss is how to stand out as a design student. We are of the opinion that Product Design isn't something you can be accredited with and instantly be qualified.
