#39 - Friendly Competition

<p>Please drink responsibly.</p> <p>Colton, Wyatt, Kodey and myself sit down, have drinks and discuss what the perimeters of the challenge will be and what the loser will have to do and what the winner wins.</p> <p>This podcast was done over 2 different recording sessions after the first one involved a little too much drinking. The challenge will run from Feb 26 through Mar 25 and will use our Whoop strap data to compare all of our strains and recovery data.</p>
