I’m not an hourly employee, and I don’t charge an hourly fee for my services. That was the name of my game for the first 5 years of my business. I only got paid when I showed up. The only way I could scale my business was through working more, that was it. There was nothing scaleable about it, there wasn’t a secret recipe to make money while I slept. I can always create more services, products, and offers, but time? I can’t get that back, ever, so it’s become my absolute number one priority to protect it.
