33. Take Your Power Back Now!

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Have you ever noticed there’s this “something” that happens and when it does it</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">instantly makes you turn inward, feel small, and takes away your power?</span></p> <p><strong>I call them confidence, happiness, and identity thieves.</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a Christian fitness and life coach, these top the list:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style= "font-weight: 400;">Scrolling through your social media feed and comparing</span> </li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style= "font-weight: 400;">Stepping on the scale, trying on clothes, and picking on your body</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style= "font-weight: 400;">Seeing a picture of yourself that you are trying to look like again or one you don’t recognize yourself in</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Today, we flip the script and put an end to less than because we were made for more, here’s how:</strong></p> <ol> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bring it out into the light. Everything seems so big when we were struggling with it alone. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Look for it, and when it happens, acknowledge it, give it to God and remember this scripture.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Place your identity in Christ and stand on the word:</span></li> </ol> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Galatians 5:1 tells us:</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of bondage. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In Christ, you have been set free and set apart</span></p> <p><strong>So what or who is your confidence, happiness, or identity thief?</strong><span style= "font-weight: 400;"> </span></p> <p><strong>What we give power to has power over us…</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We need t
