#33 Paralympic Thrower Josh Cinnamo

<p>Brian and Dean sit down with Paralympic thrower Josh Cinnamo. Josh is a Bronze Medalist and 2019 World Champion. Josh shares when he was younger how he forced himself to "play up" with other kids and friends. He also shares his experience with training and how he has made huge gains in the weight room ands has been very creative doing so. He welcomes coaches of all ages to reach out for suggestions even with injured athletes. He shares how he has welcomed pushing the envelope vs just participating! he also shares how he shares with his kids how he has to work really hard to get all the cool things he gets to do!
