Issues such as women's health, food insecurities, HIV/AIDS, tobacco, and plenty of others make it difficult for the African American community to overcome the challenges. It is estimated that most African Americans smoke mentholated cigarettes. Quitting mentholated cigarettes is more difficult than normal cigarettes.
