I found a quote that I’m loving, and I wanted to use that as a base to spark this conversation.</span> <em><span style="font-weight: 400;">“In contradiction and paradox, you can find truth.”</span></em> <span style= "font-weight: 400;">I’d like for you to take a moment and think about what this means to you. A paradox is holding two opposing views as your truth, and I believe that understanding that paradoxes exist is only going to get you closer to finding your own truth, freeing yourself.</span><
