<p>Just a couple weeks ago, Robb Wolf, a leading Paleo health expert, released his new book, Wired to Eat.</p> <p>I loved it.</p> <p>Today I'm sharing my primary takeaways from the book with you.</p> <p>One of the things I loved the most is that Wolf acknowledges we can't approach food from a one-size-fits-all standpoint.
