All divorces start with a relationship, and like any kind of loss, the end of a marriage may trigger various reactions.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;">In this episode, I share the phases that may help you understand where you are now and provide some advice to help you navigate this difficult time. I also talk about the 3-year stages of the transition process. Transition is hard, and sometimes we resist it out of fear, frustration, and impatience. It’s important to have that knowledge and to trust the process.
